Rates
Currently I charge £40 per hour, although I am willing to negotiate a somewhat lower price in return for regular work (and that includes a flat fee based approach). Please contact me for details and read the sidebar on this page.
Payment CANNOT be made using PayPal anymore, as I've been having problems with them lately; but we CAN use direct bank transfer (I know this can be expensive for overseas clients, so for them, I will reduce my fee accordingly). A postal order or a cheque are both fine also. We can work out the details when the work is finished as I do not require you to pay me until the job is done and we are both happy with it.

Something you need to know
When I say that I am willing to negotiate a somewhat lower price in return for regular work, I define regular work as at least five consecutive transcriptions.
I do have regular clients stretching back over 20 years who benefit from a mutually agreed upon relatively low flat fee and/or a lower hourly rate - see below for details.
Other thoughts
I won't work for less than £20/hour though because you are getting real pro layouts that compare with the best.
So yes, £20/hour in return for never ending regular transcription requests is the lowest I will go. Alternatively, we can discuss a flat fee in return for never ending regular transcription requests.
